I have some days off this week and have loved being back in the garden and being able to pick all the delicious lettuce and kale!

The tomatoes and snow peas are coming along but aren’t quite ready yet in our garden.

Today is our last day in Dunnville! Thank you to everyone who came out over the past few weeks.

Did you know that loose leaf tea makes great iced tea? With the hot weather it is a great alternative to hot tea.

Day 2 of the Headwaters Medieval Faire! I did my shopping early and found something I have been searching for, a pirate hat!

The hat is from @reflections_vintage_theatrical and it is absolutely perfect!

This pirate hat will come in handy because in a few weeks Encyclopaedia of Tea will be a vendor at The Ontario Pirate Festival!

So excited to be at Headwaters Medieval Faire! Encyclopaedia of Tea will be here Saturday and Sunday.

40 different classic book titles and 34 different tea flavours are on display.

There are two new tea flavours making their debut at this event!

Provence Rooibos (lavender and blueberry flavours) and Herbal Medley (very similar in flavour to the classic Sleepy Time tea).

I have had a few people ask for a blend with raspberry leaf and Herbal Medley does!

Both are caffeine free!

Getting ready for the Headwaters Medieval Faire tomorrow at the Orangeville Fairgrounds!

I thrifted this horse statue last week and was wondering what to turn it into. My dad came up with the idea for a bookend!

I got this tea cart from a garage sale recently and I absolutely love it!

An exciting announcement: Encyclopaedia of Tea will have two new flavours debuting at the Headwaters Medieval Faire later this month!

This is late but Happy Father’s Day!

I was at a market this past weekend so I celebrated with my dad last week.

My Dad has helped me so much with my business. He built the shelves for the jars and helped me figured out how to set up the tent 😂 He is always running errands for the business with me. I couldn’t have done any of this without him.

During the early stages of creating my business, my dad and I stopped at Easterbrook’s in Burlington to have a break from picking up a bunch of things for my first event and to brain storm some ideas. Spending time with my dad during this process has meant so much to me.

The sun is shining once again in Strathroy. It has been such a beautiful weekend here.

Encyclopaedia of Tea has some new bookmark designs. Each bookmark represents a different season and all three together create a complete image.

Seasonality plays a big role in how tea is grown, when it is harvested, and ultimately how it tastes.

The bookmarks act as my business card.

Important Announcement

Starting July 1st 2025 the price of the books I sell will increase. Individual books will be $12 each and the book special (any book plus any tea sample) will be $15.

Unfortunately I found out this week that the price of the books have not only increased in price for me to buy wholesale, but the supplier is no longer allowing wholesale customers to pick up orders to avoid shipping fees.

For previous orders I have been driving to pick up the books because the cost of gas to do so was much less than the cost of shipping and I was able to charge my previous prices.

Swipe to see my complete list of books that I sell. I have a few events coming up before July 1st and until then the individual books will still be $10.50 each and $13.50 for the book special.

If you want to pick up a specific title at one of my events before July 1st please email me at encyclopaedia.of.tea@gmail.com. Since I have so many titles I can’t bring all of them with me to each event so if I get an email about a specific title I will be sure to bring it to the event and set it aside.

Match tea flavours to a Robin Hood/medieval character and place!

Encyclopaedia of Tea will be a vendor tonight at Gibson Park in Elmira from 6-9pm.

There will be almost 40 different book titles for sale and 32 different tea flavours.

Getting ready for the Robin in the Hood Medieval Festival tomorrow. I will be a vendor both days (Friday and Saturday).

I will be selling books on the Friday and knitted items on the Saturday. Both you can pair with a tea sample!

I will have 32 types of tea on display and for sale both days.

The event takes place at Gibson Park in Elmira.

The knitted fingerless gloves were also part of the deal but sold out yesterday! More will be available at future events.
